Chris Brown has been released from jail after being arrested and charged with assault with a deadly weapon. The incident occurred at the rapper’s home early Tuesday morning, when a 24-year old woman said Brown threatened her with a gun. Police arrived at Brown’s house Tuesday morning, but the singer barricaded himself in his home for 14 hours before turning himself in. Brown says he was asleep when Police arrived and woke up to them outside his house.
Oprah has been on Weight Watchers for about a year and says she has now lost enough weight for longtime beau, Stedman Bailey to carry her out to her pool. Oprah hasn’t revealed her overall weight loss, but back in January, she was down 26 points. She says she doesn’t feel like she’s on a diet that she will ever go off and that she’ll be counting points for the rest of her life.
Selena Gomez is taking time off after circling the world on tour to take care of herself. She issued a statement saying “As many of you know, around a year ago I revealed that I have lupus, an illness that can affect people in different ways. I’ve discovered that anxiety, panic attacks and depression can be side effects of lupus, which can present their own challenges. I want to be proactive and focus on maintaining my health and happiness and have decided that the best way forward is to take some time off. Thank you to all my fans for your support.”

Kelly Clarkson is already thinking about the holidays, she’s been announced as the Grand Marshal for this year’s Nashville Christmas Parade. The 63rd annual parade will kick off the holiday season in downtown Nashville on Saturday, December 3. In a statement, Kelly said “I love our city of Nashville and couldn’t be more proud to be the Grand Marshal for this year’s Christmas Parade. See y’all there!”
