Bill Cosby has been released from jail on a million dollars bail after being arraigned in Pennsylvania on felony aggravated indecent assault.

President Obama had one of his childhood dreams come true when he was picked up by comedian Jerry Seinfeld in a corvette for Seinfeld’s show Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee. The two weren’t allowed to leave the White House in the car, since, you know, he’s the President and can’t just cruise around in a Stingray, but Obama did get to take the car for a spin around the White House driveway. He revealed that the scariest part of living in the White House is that it feels a lot like the movie A Night At the Museum and revealed that his one wish would be to be able to have anonymity.

And tonight is New Year’s Eve, which means it’s Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve with Ryan Seacrest. Jenny McCarthy will be co-hosting, Carrie Underwood, One Direction, Luke Bryan, Demi Lovato, Andy Grammer and Ellie Goulding are just some of the almost 40 performances scheduled. Taylor Swift will debut her brand new music video and, oh yeah, that huge crystal ball will drop at midnight too!

Since this is the last Morning Scoop of the year, I thought we’d look back at The Biggest moments of the year in Pop Culture

Who could forget Left Shark stealing the halftime show from Katy Perry at the Super Bowl….followed by the moment that won’t go away; the Seahawks losing the Super Bowl on the 1 yard line

In March, one loud scream was heard as teenagers across the world’s nightmares came true and Zayn left One Direction.

In May, the acclaimed series Mad Men came to an end.

Game of Thrones took over June with viewers wondering the fate of Jon Snow.

And there was the AP Sports story of the year as well, that small little thing called the Triple Crown; won for the first time in 37 years by American Pharoah.

Bruce Jenner disappeared and the world was introduced to Caitlyn Jenner in July.

September saw history made when Viola Davis won an Emmy

Adele’s triumphant return to music dominance came in November

And, of course, the world counted down along with Allan and Sue to the premiere of Star Wars: The Force Awakens.
